All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or there is a mistake in the order.


 

📦 Returns

 


We only offer returns for the following cases:

 

  • The product was received damaged or defective.

  • The product was misprinted, incorrect in size, or not as ordered.

 


To request a return, please contact Printful customer support within 7 days of receiving the product, and include:

 

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item showing the damage/defect

  • Your order number

💰 Refunds

 

 

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address input, or ordering the wrong size or color.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.

 

 


 

 

🔄 Exchanges

 


We do not offer exchanges. Since all items are custom-made, please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

  • Printful handles all quality control and shipping.

  • All issues must be reported directly to Printful within 7 days of delivery.
